  • Abstract
    We propose a hardware-efficient, low-complexity and non-data-aided CD estimator with accuracy similar or better than other prominent CD estimation algorithms; all evaluated in simulated and experimental PM-4-QAM and PM-16-QAM transmission scenarios.
