Abstract :
We demonstrate a high-order photonic differentiator using on-chip CMOS-compatible Mach-Zehnder interferometers, including first-, second-, and third-order differentiators. For Gaussian optical pulse injection, the average deviations of all differentiators are less than 6.5%.
