Abstract :
This paper presents the feasibility of synthesizing wind and using it for power generation, alternative use of waste for energy production become increasingly interested while considering two perspective, that of waste management and energy system perspective. The idea behind this research is to capture the air from air humidifier in a close rectangular box. The box constructed in such a way that no air should escape outside, air humidifier is kept near one end of rectangular wooden box and horizontal turbine size hole is made at the centre of box. The air humidifier will give a high density air and turbine will be fitted with a conical section through which the hot exhaust gases from the Biomass Power Plant will pass, which will be of low density. Laboratory test conducted which has showed 2 watt Power generations with use of hot gas and cold air and test concluded low power generation when experiment were carried out by using only cooler air, after experimentation got 0.7 amp currents and 0.6 Volt as an electrical output of the wind turbine. The electricity generated from this system can be utilized for commercial usage or fed into the electricity grid.
