  • Abstract
    In This paper we describes the Application layer and physical layer for a smart meter to have a proper communication over smart grid. The Application layer describes the DLMS/COSEM protocol based on IEC specifications. The physical layer describes the OFDM based PLC technique using G3 PLC.
