  • Abstract
    Thin films of CdSexTe1-x were deposited by electrodeposition for different compositions of (x). Optical properties of CdSexTe1-x films have been studied. Optimized parameters are used to fabricate periodic photonic structures from template assisted electrochemical deposition.
