Abstract
High sensitive pressure sensor based on fiber Bragg grating (FBG) assembled with thin metal diaphragm is reported. The sensitivity of the pressure sensor is found to be 2.05 × 10-2 MPa-1, approximately 10,350 times higher than that measured with the bare FBG.
