Abstract
This paper presents dependency between the distance for well separated groups and time needed for resolving the integral equations (IE) by the low rank IE-QR algorithm. Presented method can be applied to electrically large objects, where linear equations contain a large number of unknowns (tens of thousands or hundreds). In this paper the low rank IE-QR is used to calculate the current induced on the metal plates in free space. Distance between plates changes from 0.5λ to 128λ.
