Abstract :
Design of a high gain stacked microstrip patch array antenna fulfilling the ETSI Class 3A radiation pattern envelope requirement in the 60 GHz band is presented. It consists of a rotated 70 mm by 70 mm square array with 16 × 16 radiating elements and an integrated corporate feed network. Simulated reflection coefficient is better than -15 dB and losses are between 3 dB and 5 dB across the band of interest.
