  • Abstract
    An overview on Si-based imaging receivers for mm-wave and THz imaging systems are presented. Different types of receivers and detector circuits are described and compared. A summary of recently published results is also provided and compared with other types of detectors. The details on selected individual circuits will be presented in the conference.
