Abstract :
A real-time sector detection technique based on a reconfigurable leaky-wave antenna (LWA) is introduced for cognitive radio systems. The proposed technique detects the direction of incoming signals with different frequencies by independently tuning the LWA and bandpass filter connected to its output.
