Abstract :
The aim of this work is to study dielectric properties of thin carbon nanotube layers at 75-110 GHz frequency range with S-parameter measurements of loaded sapphire rod waveguides. The results are compared with DC resistivity, high frequency resistivity, optical transparency and free-space transmission of MMW radiation through the layers.
