Student posters abstracts: Exotic parking

As mechatronics engineers, we intend to combine more than one system together, produce new technologies and facilities for everyone and make life easier. Combining different systems together can dot it. We chose parking areas to be our interest. The exotic parking´s main goal is simple “saving time”. This requires facilities and technologies. Only a specified number of cars can enter the parking; which is the parking size. Guiding LED boards are located at the entrance of each floor indicating the empty places in the parking. Finger print sensors with a keypad are used to save the cars´ number with its owner stamp. When the owner stamps in the elevator, it will take the owner automatically to the floor he/she parked in and gives the car number on an LCD screen. If there is a conflict with a car number and a stamp, an alarm will be fired. An automatic car washing machine is placed on the sealing of the parking and moves to the car which is desired to wash.
