Abstract
Performance Management requires “simulation” capability to inform strategic decision-making. Agent-Based Modelling and Simulation (ABMS) one tool to support Performance Management. ABMS offers iterative approach with macro/micro modelling capability. Macro-level modelling allows for `relatively´ quick (coarse-grain) modelling; dependent on the chosen platform (here: Repast Simphony) efficient use of modelling concepts. Further development envisaged to model interdependencies between indicators and across KPAs; potential to identify and `evaluate´ new indicators.
