Abstract :
Taking the example of Wrist-Ankle Acupuncture teaching in Chinese Medicine, it is analyzed in details that how to apply virtual reality (VR) technology into the medical experimental instruction. A medical virtual teaching system is constructed and its functions, design of main modules as well as choices of teaching media are introduced. Moreover, the most important techniques during the course of system development are also disclosed. This system has received a positive assessment after being put to practical teaching use.
