Research of excellent software engineer education for application-oriented university

As a sunrise and national supporting industry, the current specialty of computer science and technology is in an awkward situation. Many students cannot get offer, but enterprises want to employ thousands of talents. The reason is not difficult to find out that abilities of undergraduates cannot meet industrial demands. So reform of computer science and technology education is imperative. Industry-linked and practice-oriented cultivating mode need be established. Responding to Chinese "excellent engineer education plan", the cultivating scheme of excellent software engineer is proposed. The scenario details are also discussed in this paper, such as cultivating objective, curricula setting and practice education system. And the scheme is being performed.
