Innovations in the process of modern distance learning and teaching

Distance learning and teaching plays an important role in modern distance education. This paper summarizes the Innovations in the Process of Learning and Teaching in Modern Distance Education, in which it based on the P. Bourdieu´s theory of field to explore the innovative practice. The paper first discusses the process of distance learning and teaching and then makes an analysis of it from the perspective of P. Bourdieu´s field theory. Furthermore, it describes a number of innovations undertaken in Hebei Radio & TV University in terms of curriculum structure and organization, individual and social interaction, which is hoped to bring some enlightenment to the distance learning and teaching.
