Abstract :
Learning evaluation system of skilled talents has been one of important research of higher vocational education. In this paper, a skill talents learning evaluation system is presented on principles of scientificalness, operability and systematicness. The learning ability, the working ability and the professional quality are as main evaluation content, three school years of higher vocational students are divided into four ability training phrases. Gray relative analysis method is introduced into the evaluation system.
