Abstract :
This paper analyzes the characteristics and the question in the software talents training and discuss the NUT teaching training mode. Then we introduce the course reform in Jiaxing University around J2EE course. The reform includes teaching content, teaching methods and assessment methods. New course emphasis on cultivating students´ practical ability, highlighting the objective of applied talents training. After two semesters´ practice, it has achieved a certain effect and the students´ recognition.
