Abstract
The paper intends to explore social software as a meaningful environment for informal learning in higher education. The paper analyses the nature of informal learning and discusses how students learn from other people through building the learning community based on social software. The paper is shown that students discuss and learn knowledge of production of television by informal learning that supports by social software.
