Abstract
This paper discusses the substation data integration, originally collected from field by protocols such as DNP and IEC61850, as well those information coming from various other enterprise systems, with the Utility Control Center. The integration takes place by using standards defined in IEC61970 and Web Services. Therefore, is being proposed a model that encapsulates the information that will be exchanged in accordance with the model proposed by IEC61970, and uses the standards proposed by W3C for the messages exchanging.
