Abstract :
This paper highlights an environment based in smart grid concepts to build an integrated architecture of modern control centers. The proposal allows the integration of management and commercial applications with decision support applications, such as MDMS, OMS, GIS, SCADA e CIS. To illustrate the paper is presented a project description of a self-healing strategy to deal with location and identification of outage in distribution system and the restoration network process, both implemented on integrated environment proposed.
