  • Abstract
    This paper introduces an alternative method for analysis of vibration in permanent magnet synchronous machines. An input-output model for prediction of vibration in the stator frame is developed. In addition, a proposed transfer function is derived using an experimental approach. Based on the transfer function, stator frame vibration in PMSM can be computed. Finally, experimental results are provided for verification.
