Abstract :
Different private Lebanese companies start the implementation of hybrid wind-diesel systems in our country. These systems generate the needed electric power during shortage periods. In large cases, batteries are used for energy storage. This paper treats another method of energy storage which is the Compression Air Energy Storage. The analyze and the economic study of these two energy storage systems are given.
