Generation of form´s input elements select and radio type using web service

The contribution deals with proposal and realization of web service assigned for generation of form\´s input elements select and radio type. In introduction it offers short survey of actual frameworks with similar possibilities and determinates suggested web service in regard to some frameworks\´ disadvantages. The web service allows creation of elements <;select> and <;input type="radio"> based on defined database table columns. In next part paper specifies web service purpose and solution principle, its structure and particular methods, more detailed describes all the input parameters of web service as well as service\´s error states that can arise in consequence of not entered or misdefined input parameters of service. The last part of contribution is devoted to client\´s side solution as well as service\´s utilization that it illustrates with specific example.
