Abstract :
In this contribution is described application for designing of the technological line that has to be used for effectively selection of the equipment in designing of the technological lines for the pebbles production. In designing of technological lines is needed to answer a lot of questions about line´s functionality, reliability, and overall productivity. This problem is solved by designers firms, which beside solution of these questions much utilize the special software that is intended for designing and simulation of technological lines. There exists the wide spectrum of such software, which are developed by independent firms, or directly by producers of technological equipment intended for raw material processing. The most of these applications is linked with concrete producers of the technological lines equipment. In practice this represents that there is not possible to combine equipment from the several producers. Proposed application also enables such combination and can be arranged between special programs used for designing of the technological line. This application was created in SCADA environment PROMOTIC and offers tools for design scheme of the technological line, enable to access to the database of the processing machines and equipment and last but not least provides possibilities for data storage and processing outputs from the program.
