Abstract :
In this paper, a new definition of fractional variable-order derivative is proposed, derived, and analyzed. It is based on a different numerical scheme of traditional Grunwald-Letnikow definition. In order to illustrate the differences between proposed and known definitions, the numerical simulations will be presented. In the paper, an analog model corresponding to the proposed definition will be also presented. Moreover, obtained experimental results will be compared with the numerical results.
