Abstract :
The essence of different modes of operation of the project lies in the difference of the outsourcing modes between owner and contractor. A better solution model is established based on the two typical characteristics of complex project outsourcing decision-making process-autocorrelation of the evaluation index and the flexibility of the owner´s demand targets. To avoid improper expression and calculation of flexible demand, this model introduces interval numbers, taking into account of the autocorrelation of evaluation indexes, revising the correlation coefficient between the owners´ needs and evaluation indexes, which makes this paper different from others.
