Grey target method for multiple attribute group decision-making with known weight and interval attribute value

This paper research on group decision-making with known Weight and interval attribute value, by calculating positive and negative off-target distance for each scheme under each decision maker, then weighted to get each scheme´s group positive and negative off-target distance. Finally, calculate each scheme´s group off-target deviation to measure its preference. This paper proposed a decision-making algorithm based on group off-target deviation, and proved it is effective through an example.
