Abstract :
Reliability allocation is a practical problem which should be considered by the designers of electrohydraulic systems. Interval analytic hierarchy process combines all factors that affect the reliability of the whole system and each subsystem, and the indeterminacies during the design process could be interpreted by interval numbers. The paper does research on interval analytic hierarchy process using in reliability allocation, raises a practical method on correcting errors which occur in allocation process, and constructs the reliability hierarchy model of the pump controlled actuating unit in typical direct drive volume control electrohydraulic system. The quantitative failure rate allocation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
