Abstract :
The embedded frequency characteristic analyzer, based on FPGA and adopting the idea of virtual instrument is designed. By realizing sequential control of D/A chip and A/D chip via FPGA, the analyzer outputs sine wave signal among its working frequency range, samples and saves exciting signal and response signal of system. System Frequency characteristic is obtained through CPU algorithm processing by Sinusoidal Correlation Analysis. Research results show that, the instrument has a friendly man-machine interface and a high measuring speed. Testing waveform compares favorably with theoretical calculated one.
