Abstract :
In this paper, a wireless intelligent differential pressure sensor with high-precision and multi-function is designed which integrated intelligent sensing and Wireless Industrial Control Network (WICN) technology. MSP430 is used to calculate the linear correction and digital temperature compensation, and other intelligent functions in the sensor. To realize the network communication, a Dynamic Slot Assigned adaptive MAC protocol (DSA-MAC) is implemented by CC2530 SoC, which is integrated on the interface panel of the sensor. The data transmission test of the sensor nodes shows that this design has a higher data package transmission rate, and can fulfill the requirements of industry applications.
