Abstract :
In this paper, the problem of asymptotically synchronization for cellular neural networks with time-varying delays and impulsive effect is studied. Many of those studied have some limited about the impulsive gain. Based on the existing neural network of the research, we make two of the neural networks achieve synchronization with arbitrary pulse gain under a new sufficient condition. Moreover, numerical simulation is used to verify the effectiveness of the scheme.
