Abstract
In this paper, an adaptive PID controller is designed based on Bacterial Foraging Optimization Algorithm (BFOA). The parameters of adaptive PID controller are proposed after the following three steps. The parameters of BFOA were first initialized, and then fitness function was designed, finally three major operations were designed. Simulation results show that the performance of proposed PID controller which has excellent anti-interference capability is better than using Fuzzy Neural Network (FNN) and Genetic Algorithm (GA).
