Abstract :
As a new mathematical method for processing uncertain information, some similarity measure methods for vague sets have been put forward by many scholars. But because of the lack of the necessary factors and the low-strictness of the properties, there always exists deficiencies for the existing methods. On the basis of the existing similarity measure methods, stricter properties and a new measure method are presented. And the 4 kinds of necessary factors are included in the new measure method formula. It is found form the proof based on the properties and comparative analysis that the method in this paper is able to overcome the deficiencies of the existing method.
