Abstract
Maintaining water quality is of great importance for consumer´s health. How to evaluate and predict the aging water quality is an open issue. In this paper, a framework based on fuzzy grey cognitive maps (FGCMs) is proposed to quantify overall potential for water quality failures. A new method of aggregating different experts based on interval number is presented in the process of constructing FGCM. At last, a case study is utilized to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed method.
