Abstract :
The efficiency-optimization method based on loss model of motor is a good method, which can realize quickly efficiency optimization, but it depend on parameters of motor. This paper analyzes influence of resistance change to efficiency-optimization control of interior permanent-magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM). Firstly, each loss of the motor during operation was analyzed, and its total loss was modeled. Then, the efficiency optimization of the motor was modeled as an optimization problem with constraints, the problem is solved according to optimization theory. Finally, the influence of resistance change to the efficiency optimization is analysed, the influence is very small, it can even be neglect. By the simulation, the analysis results in this paper was verified.
