Abstract :
The paper deals with an acousto-electron effect in the nano-dimensional laser heterostructures. The effect results in a modulation of the laser emission intensity as well as in a turn of the emission polarization by the sound strain. Due to the theoretical treatment the data on parameters of quantum well and stress distribution in the heterostructure have been obtained.
