Abstract :
In order to detect the deformation angle of blast furnace tuyere breast automatically, a new measurement scheme is introduced, and then, a hardware system, based on ARM Cortex-M3 and embedding μC/OS-II real time operation system, is designed. In the system, a laser geodimeter is used to scan the tuyere breast and a quadrature encoder is applied to measure the scan angle. Through the method, the original coordinate data can be got. And then, Kalman filtering algorithm and least square method are introduced to process the testing data to obtain the accurate deformation angle, which reaches to a measurement precision of 0.1º and 0.2º respectively in the test experiment. It is proved that the design scheme is reasonable and reliable, furthermore the two algorithms are practicable and both have pluses and minuses.
