Abstract :
In this paper, high efficiency design method for 250[W] photovoltaic AC module is proposed. To find optimized scheme for grid connected application, practical design method of flyback inverter is presented in advance. And power loss of each key device is analyzed. Interleaving method can improve efficiency, because it can reduce current flowing though switches. Therefore, according to increasing phase of converter, optimized scheme is designed and power loss of each scheme is calculated. Comparing each scheme, most efficient scheme is selected. Finally, a validity of proposed high efficiency scheme is confirmed by theoretical analysis and simulation results.
