Abstract
Cloud Computing is becoming more and more popular these years. Mobile cloud computing technology combines cloud computing and wireless networks. There are more and more mobile applications developed and used. With the number of cloud services increasing daily, it is more and more important to satisfy quality of service from the perspective of the customer´s service requests. A proper service selection system is critical to solve this problem. A framework from modeling to design, and to implementation is proposed to build a service selection system. A Markov chain model is used for performance measures calculation. The service selection optimization problem is followed, as well as a proposal of dataflow based implementation.
