Abstract :
The steady-state of the dual-bridge dc/dc resonant converter with a generalized series-parallel resonant tank is analyzed with the Fourier Series Analysis Approach in this paper. Switch stresses, soft-switching conditions can be identified from the analysis results. With a LCL type dual-bridge resonant converter as an example, the analysis results is applied to the converter design. Evaluation of the accuracy of the analysis and design process were performed through digital simulation and experimental test.
