Abstract :
This paper presents a thought about reducing the output fluctuation of the controller in accordance with the yarn´s constant tension control system´s particularity in application. By analyzing both classical PID controller and PID controller with dead-zone´s working principle, the paper chose MATLAB to simulate these controllers. According to the simulation results and related formulas, the paper reaches a conclusion that the PID controller with dead-zone can truly reduce the output fluctuation of the controller, which provides reference opinions for relevant researchers.
