Abstract
In this paper we construct a projector system that is composed of a 2×2 projector array. The projection screen under consideration is not planar but with curvature characterized by a hyperbolic equation with known parameters. This setting integrates the existing applications which consider only the one dimensional projector array or only the planar screen. The associated techniques including two-dimensional image blending and parametric geometric correction are discussed in details. The techniques are used as the guidelines to determine the system parameters for hardware implementation. Experiment results are given to illustrate the effectiveness of our approach.
