Abstract
This paper presents the methods of rational sampling rate conversion by manipulating the discrete discrete cosine transforms. Comparisons, in terms of conversion error performance and the computational complexity, with other reported methods are presented in details. It is seen that the proposed method achieves desirable improvements on conversion accuracy with savings in computational costs.
