Abstract :
The success of emergency supplies response often needs collaborative cooperation between related emergency departments. Because of its functions on emergency supplies response, the response process can be high efficiency. This paper mainly illustrates the processes of collaborative allocation of emergency supplies under power grid emergency. It is a research on finding out the failure factors which influence response processes. A qualitative and quantitative analysis will be given by using grey failure tree analysis method based on unascertained number. According to this way, the weaknesses of the processes can be discovered and also the possibility of occurrence of the related failure factor sets can be described.
