Change of Editor-in-Chief

After three years of excellent service to the IEEE TRANSACTIONS on ELECTRON DEVICES (T-ED), Prof. John D. Cressler has completed his term as Editor-in-Chief (EiC), effective January 1, 2015. Under John’s leadership, T-ED continued to be the flagship journal for the Electron Devices community, and one of the best run IEEE journals. In addition to being one of the most downloaded journals on IEEE Xplore, T-ED’s publishing cycle time is among the fastest of all IEEE TRANSACTIONS. On behalf of the IEEE Electron Devices Society (EDS), the authors and the readers of T-ED, the T-ED Editorial Board, and the EDS editorial office, I would like to thank John for his leadership of the TRANSACTIONS and all the accomplishments made over the past three years.
