Abstract :
Based on respective principles and characteristics of Beidou satellite navigation system (BDS) and dead reckoning (DR) in navigation and positioning project, this paper presents a new method which has advantages of easy implementation and high ratio of performance to price to realize BDS/DR vehicle navigation system, using CYGNAL 51 MCU instead of ARM or other expensive chips. Simulation results of this BDS/DR integrated navigation system proves its feasibility and indicates that this system has a wide perspective of application.
