  • Abstract
Face increasingly complex challenges, most large companies use nowadays a hybrid structure that combines characteristics of various structural forms in order to have a greater flexibility required in rapidly changing environments. This study proposes a new firm´s organizational structure, inspired from the nervous system functioning. Principally, four points are discussed in this paper: organizational adaptability to the rapidly changing environment, decision making, controls and information sharing. Findings are very interesting and seem in concordance with new challenges and trends.
