Abstract

The development of innovative (Information and Communication Technology) ICT-based content, services, pedagogies and practice has become an integral part of today´s educational procedure. ICT-based applications in education must be well designed but also manageable and acceptable by their users. PoTrain system and e-TRAWELSPA e-learning platform are two such applications developed at the Intelligent Systems Laboratory of the Technical University of Crete.
