Abstract :
In this paper calculation of capacitance per unit length can be analyzed by different method like method of moment (MOM), Boundary Element Method (BEM), Finite element method (FEM), Finite difference method (FDM), Charge Simulation method(CSM), point matching method and Surface charge method. To illustrate the usefulness of this technique, we apply these methods to the computation of capacitance of cube. This paper reviews the results of computing the capacitance-per-unit length with the other methods and the capacitance of a metallic cube is reviewed by different method.
